Yvonne "Bonnie" Corrales

Yvonne “Bonnie” Corrales, 59, of Milliron Rd, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Cremation has taken place. A rosary will be recited 10:30 AM, Thursday, December 5, 2024 at San Jose Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM, with Fr. Juan Carlos Ramirez officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 

Bonnie was born July 16, 1965 in Fresno, California, to Juanita Domiguez and Angel Martinez Sr. Bonnie loved to play bingo. She enjoyed making tortillas and spending time with her family.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her father, Angel Martinez Sr.; daughters: Erica Corrales, Sarah Guerra: granddaughter, Sierra Corrales; stepfather, Joseph Whygles.

Bonnie is survived by her companion, Jesus Alamo de la Cruz; son, Anthony Corrales and wife, Destiny; grandchildren: Xavier Juarez, Isaac Juarez, Anthony Juarez, Brittney Guerra, Savannah Guerra, Mariah Guerra, Ryan Armendarez, Alyssa Saiz, Emmarie, Cruz, Daisy Cruz; great granddaughters: Hailey Tucker, Amber Guerra; Mother, Juanita Whygles; grandmother, Isabel Dominguez; siblings: Angel Martinez Jr., Donald Martinez, Valerie Martinez, Janay Whygles, Belinda Ramos, Rose Bulger, Jessica Whygles.
