Yen Bach Nguyen

Obituary Yen Bach Nguyen, 80, of North Mesquite Street Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at her home surrounded by her family. Yen was born on November 2, 1939, in Gia Dinh, Vietnam to Huu and Viet Nguyen. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Brian McGonagill officiating. Cremation will follow. Yen was preceded in death by her father, Huu Tan Nguyen; mother, Viet Thi Huynh; husband, Ha Van Nguyen; and five brothers. Yen is survived by her daughter Van Tieu and husband, Hoang Tieu of Boston, NY; son, Quang Nguyen and wife, Anh of Corpus Cristy, TX; son, Dung Nguyen and wife, Giao Linh of Carlsbad, NM; grandson, Liam Nguyen; numerous nieces and nephews; sister, Loan Wells and husband, Glenn of Carlsbad, NM; sister-in-law, Diep Ngoc Chau of Wilmington, NC.
