William M. "Bill" Fincher

Bill was born in Pinson Alabama July 7th 1938 to Vida Alta Huffstutler Fincher and Marvin Chester Fincher. He went to his heavenly home on May 25th in Portland Oregon where he was recovering with family from a broken leg and heart problems.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Ann Fincher; daughters. Kim Fincher.-Lucky, Kerri Christensen and husband Sam , son William Marvin Fincher Junior and wife Lorena. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Jayden and Cody Lucky, Nathan, Sarah and Ruth Christensen, and Chad, Julie, Liam, Eli and Ayla Fincher.

In addition, he is survived by his sister, Patrica Fincher Landreth - Readel and nephews Tommy and William Landreth, Nick and Fisher Walker and Niece Sherri Landreth 

The viewing will be at Denton-Wood Funeral Home on Friday June 3rd from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be Saturday June 4th at 10:00am at Carlsbad First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Carlsbad Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to Carlsbad First Baptist Church Youth Camp Fund or to the charity of your choice.
