Will Teeter, 33, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Geology. His love for geology brought him to Carlsbad where he first worked for Morco Geological Service. Will was currently working for the State of New Mexico as an Environmental Scientist. Will's other interests include playing guitar, singing, photographing storms, and online gaming. He enjoyed playing with his dog, Roxy, and taking her to the dog park. Will is survived by his father and mother, Bill and Juanita Teeter of Hoschton, Georgia; his sister, Jennifer Teeter of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandmother, Elizabeth Teeter of Hoschton, Georgia. Memorial services in Carlsbad will be at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
