Viviano “Blacky” Trevino, 75, of Loving, NM, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at his home. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Melvin Balderrama officiating. Interment will follow in Loving, Cemetery Loving, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Viviano “Blacky” Trevino was born March 18, 1946 in Loving, NM to Lorenzo and Anastacia (Flores) Trevino. He married Delia Mata, May 28, 1970. Blacky worked in the potash mines for 36 years. Blacky was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors are his wife: Delia Trevino; children: Lorina Trevino, Alex Trevino and wife, Paige; Viviano Trevino and fiancé, Ilene Harris, Donny Trevino and wife, Beverly; Edward A. Rodriguez and Eric Rodriguez; grandchildren: Mihaly “Moe”, Avery, Aaron, Dominy, Matteo, Lucas, Donny Jay, Coraline, Annaleigh and Dante Ortega. Condolences may be expressed at dentonwood.com
