Ty Pierce

Ty Pierce, 23, of N. Pate Street, Carlsbad, NM, loved life from the day he born and enjoyed every minute. You could almost always find him up in a tree.  Ty  passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his home.  A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, April 18, 2022 at Sunset Church of Christ.

Ty was born March 27, 1999 in Carlsbad, NM, to Willie and TK (Pruett) Pierce.  He graduated from Faith Academy in 2016.  Ty was an excellent gymnast and went to national competitions for years.  He was an avid BMX rider with hopes of going professional one day.  Ty enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.  He was hoping to open his own tree trimming service one day. He is preceded in death by Jeremiah Garcia.

Survivors are the love of his life fiancé, Daisy Gibson; parents who thought the world of him and are PROUD of the man he was becoming, Willie and TK Pierce; brother, Colt Pierce and wife, Tasha, twin brother, Hunter Pierce; grandmothers: Linda Pruett, Lynn Brinckmeyer; grandfather, Bill Pierce and wife, Debbie; great-grandparents, Allen and Ida Kemper; nieces: Paislee and Mac Pierce that were his world; uncle, Wes Nichols and Weslyn; aunt, Lanette Pierce cousin Brooke and Tucker King, plus numerous other cousins and extended family.
