Trey Jacks

Trey Jacks, 18, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at his home. There will be no public visitation. Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2015, 2:00 PM, at First United Methodist Church with Pastor Dan Boyd officiating. Private interment will take place in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico, at a later date. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Trey Jacks was born October 18, 1996 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Bill Jacks and Danna (McInnis) Andrews. He recently graduated from Carlsbad High School and was looking forward to attending Texas Tech this fall. Trey enjoyed golfing, hunting and traveling. Survivors are his mother, Danna Andrews and husband, Shane of Carlsbad, NM; father, Bill Jacks and wife, Valerie of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Grant Jacks; sisters: Reagan Jacks, Kennedy Andrews; grandparents: Tim and Donna Miller, Barbara Hackenson, David Doughty and numerous other family members. Pallbearers will be Tim Miller, David Doughty, Matt Truelove, Jordan Truelove, Logan Truelove and Tyler Bilbo. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 207 N.
