Travis Brent Magby

Travis Brent Magby, 27, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in Alamogordo, NM. Visitation will be 10:00 PM - 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, June 23, 2012, 2:00 PM, at Carlsbad Cemetery. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Travis Brent Magby was born on August 22, 1984, in Carlsbad New Mexico to Lemuel and Tammy Magby. Travis lived fast and hard and the one constant in his life was his "Favorite Mom" although he only had one. Family was one of the most important things in his life. He was the fourth child of eight. Survivors are his wife, Jennifer Worley; parents, Lemuel and Tammy Magby; grandmother, Lena Carr; four brothers: Jimmy Magby, Lemuel R. Magby, Tyler Magby and Logan Magby; three sisters: Becky Magby, Kaycey Powell and Stephanie Magby; three step-children: Scharmyne, Anthony, DRay; his best friend in the whole world, Lionel Vallejo and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Lemuel Magby, Jimmy Magby, Tyler Magby, Logan Magby, Dallas Magby and Lionel Vallejos. Honorary pallbearers are Trustin Nesbit, Joshua Gonzalez, Jose Gonzalez, Thomas Powell and Brandon Collier. Condolences may be expressed at dentonwood.com.
