Sherry Hale Parsons

Sherry Hale Parsons, 42, of Boyd Drive, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Carlsbad Medical Center. There will be no public visitation. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2015, 10:00 AM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darrin Milgrim officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Sherry Hale Parsons was born March 30, 1973 in Rankin, Texas. She graduated from Artesia High School in 1991. Sherry enjoyed spending time outdoors, traveling and being with her family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Wesley Madden. Survivors are her children: Joshua Parsons and Melinda Collier, Jenna Parsons, Jacob Parsons; granddaughter, Lyllian Parsons; fiance, Brandon Bartlett; stepchildren: Levi Bartlett, Destynie Wallace, Timothy Bartlett and Kenneth Bartlett; parents, Jim and Deborah Smalley; brother, Charles Hale; grandparents: Andy and Cora Adams.
