Sheila Feliciano Vega

Sheila Feliciano Vega, 59, of N. Alameda Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 at her home. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2015, 2:00 PM, at Calvary Assembly of God with Rev. Phillip Price officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Sheila Feliciano Vega was born February 16, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan to Guillermo and Phyllis (Castle) Feliciano. She moved to New Mexico in the early 80's and moved to Carlsbad in 1995. Sheila was a loving mother and grandmother and always welcomed everyone to her home. Her hobbies included cooking, arts, crafts and listening to music. Sheila was an active member of Calvary Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors are her children: Alicia Planas of Austin, Texas, Chucky Planas of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Antonio Vega and wife, Destiny of Carlsbad, NM, Christina Vega of Carlsbad, NM; grandchildren: Jonathan Rodriquez, Angel Planas, Carlos Planas, Jr., Antonio Vega, Jr., Kamrien Rios, Joseph Vega, Arianna Vega, Izic Vega, Nathaniel Vega, Amelia Vega; brothers: Jose Feliciano, Curtis Feliciano, Gary Feliciano, Victor Feliciano and numerous nieces and nephews.
