Sharon K. Ingram

Sharon K. Ingram, 68, of Hidalgo Rd., Carlsbad, NM, passed away May 7, 2011 at her home. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Sharon Ingram was born on January 3, 1943 in Clovis, NM to Grant and Mary Ross. She graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1961. Sharon married Jack L. Ingram on May 26, 1962. Sharon enjoyed her grandkids. "Guitar Boy" and "Sunshine Boy" were the light of her life. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Grant and Mary Ross; father-in-law, Jack Ingram and mother-in-law, Audrey Ingram; stepdaughter, Cynthia Griffin, stepson, Kent Lee Ingram; grandsons, Clint Ingram and Justin Griffin. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Jack L. Ingram; daughter, Kaylee Scholl and husband, Ryan and their boys, R. J. and Rylee Scholl; granddaughter, Jaime Ingram-Kiefer and her children, Sean and Carlee Kiefer; stepson Kem Ingram; brother-in-law Tommy Lawson; brothers, Horace Ross, Kenny Ross, Ronnie Ross, sister; Carolyn Vaughn. Sharon fought a 40 year battle with Muscular Dystrophy with grace and dignity. Now she is dancing with the angels. Family requests memorials be made to Lakeview Christian Hospice, 1300 N.
