Seth Thomas Redick

Obituary Seth Thomas Redick passed away tragically November 27, 2019 in Carlsbad. He was 38. Seth was born June 10, 1981 to Tommy and the late Patricia Redick in Carlsbad. Seth was a handful from birth, always in to everything and mischief was right around the corner. Throughout his childhood into his teenage years, Seth participated in sports, excelling on the gridiron as a football player. He graduated from Carlsbad High School in 2000 where he was a standout offensive tackle for the Cavemen, earning All-State honors and numerous other awards. After high school, Seth attended the University of New Mexico where he played two seasons for the Lobos. After his sophomore year at UNM, he transferred to Texas Tech University where he was pursuing a medical degree. Seth enjoyed weight lifting, hunting with his father, and just spending time with his friends. Of all the things to most remember about Seth is his big heart for his friends and family; always there to lend a hand.
