Obituary Samantha Nickole Rubino, 8, of Primrose Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Carlsbad, New Mexico. Private services were held. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Samantha Nickole Rubino was born May 26, 2012 in Clovis, New Mexico to Jennifer Marie Rubino and Juan Lerma. Sam enjoyed coloring, reading books from the library and writing stories as she had a vivid imagination. She loved her pets and playing with her cousins. Samantha is preceded in death by her mother: Jennifer Marie Rubino. Survivors are her siblings: Mykul Rubino, Adryana Aguire and Zachary Brunson; father: Juan Lerma; grandparents: Scott and Cindy Rubino; Esmeralda and Eduardo, Sr. Lerma and numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family.
