Roger Bourne

Roger Bourne, 57, of Trevino Court, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away April 22, 2010 at Carlsbad Medical Center. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, April 25, 2010, 2:00 PM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Roger Bourne was born February 17, 1953 in Vinton, Iowa to Russell and Leona (Clark) Bourne. He served his country in the US Army in the Medical Corp. for 8 years. Roger was a Physicians Practice Administrator for numerous large specialty practices across the United States, Russia and China. He most recently was the Executive Director of Pecos Valley Physicians Group. Roger enjoyed driving his Porsche and sharing it with others including his sweet little Gracie. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elaine Bourne. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Bourne of Carlsbad, NM; his furry baby, Gracie Linn; daughter, Sarah Burkhart and husband Josh of Edmond, OK; two step-sons: Cody Wilson and Levi Wilson both of Bartlesville, OK; granddaughter, Kila Burkhart; two sisters, Janice Wallace and husband, Owen of Joplin, MO, Betty Ann Nezerka and wife, Dean of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; brother, Darwin Miller and wife, Brenda of Knoxville, TN; several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends and collegues.
