Roberta Lee Disney, 75, a former resident of Carlsbad, passed away March 7, 2011 at Sunset Villa, Roswell, NM.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home, 1001 North Canal Street.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 14, 2011, 10:00 AM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Prell officiating.
Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Roberta Lee Disney was born November 25, 1935 in Pharoah, Oklahoma to Elmer Dewey and Edna Victoria (Marley) Stuckey. She grew up in Oklahoma and moved to Hobbs, NM in 1953 and graduated from Hobbs High School. She and Wayne Disney were married on July 21, 1957 in Hobbs, NM. Roberta worked in a dress shop, the telephone company and Furr's Grocery Store but she was always there for her sons. She and Wayne lived in Hobbs, Roswell, Lovington, Clovis, Carlsbad, Lubbock, San Antonio and Albuquerque, during their life. Her hobby was cake decorating. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Wayne Disney, in 2000; brothers: Leon Stuckey and Dewey Stuckey.
She leaves behind a loving family, sister, Linda Gourley of San Angelo, TX and brothers: Dwight Stuckey of Granbury, TX and David Stuckey of Pueblo, Colorado.
