Obituary Robert "Bobby" Christopher Ochs, 45, of Rosedale Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 in Carlsbad. Cremation will take place and a memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Andrew Dimit officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Robert "Bobby" Christopher Ochs was born March 19, 1972 in Carlsbad, NM to Ursula Ochs. He graduated and was a talented artist and always enjoyed helping out his friends. Bobby was the only son to Ursula Ochs. Even though he took a few wrong turns throughout his adult life, Bobby always had a good heart. He had a wonderful sense of humor and there are no words to express how much he will be missed. Bobby was preceded in death by his Oma Hannah Kreul. Bobby absolutely loved animals and should friends desire to make memorial contributions, they may be made to Noah's Ark Animal Shelter, 5217 Buena Vista Drive, Carlsbad, NM 88220. Survivors are his mother, Ursula Ochs of Carlsbad, NM; sisters: Rachel Galvin of Carlsbad, NM and Nicole Austin of San Antonio, Texas; nieces and nephews: Madison McCormick, Hannah Galvin, Anneliese Galvin, Annabelle Jenkins and Wolfgang Jenkins; uncles and aunts: William and Cynthia Kreul of Richardson, Texas, Burton and Rosemary Whitmire of Oak Point, Texas, "Opa" Robert Kreul of Oak Point, Texas and Ludwig and Charlotte Herrman of Frankfurt, Germany; cousins: William Whitmire, Rebecca Collora, Catherine Kreul and Erik Herrman.
