Rebecca "Becky" Raines

Rebecca “Becky” Raines rejoined the love of her life in heaven above on May 29, 2022. Cremation has taken place and a Remembrance of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church at 10:00 AM with Rev. Pat Collins officiating. Becky was born in Peoria, Illinois on May 27, 1949, to Frank and Helen Wing. She spent her childhood in Hammond, Indiana where she met her husband, Robert Raines.

Becky loved her family and enjoyed volunteering and spending time at First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking for anyone she could. Becky was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Helen Wing; husband: Robert Raines; sisters: Jay Greenwell and Lauren Vesich-McBride.

Survivors are her twin sons: David Raines, Daniel Raines and wife, Erika; sister: Wendy Legeckis and husband Joe; sister-in-law: Patricia Bryan and husband Richard; grandchildren: Hannah, Lucas, Trace and Benjamin Raines; great granddaughter: Layla Raines and 2 nephews and a niece.

Becky will be dearly missed by everyone she knew. May she rest peacefully reunited with the love of her life. Condolences may be expressed at dentonwood.com
