Ralph was born on November 3, 1963, to Julio and Otilia Balderrama on November 3, 1963, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Vigil will be at 7:00 PM Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Liturgy of the Word service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Melvin Balderrama officiating.
