Phillip Matthew Perkins

Obituary Phillip Matthew Perkins was born March 13, 1998 in Carlsbad, NM. He passed away September 24, 2019 at Covenant Hospital, Lubbock, Texas. Phillip is survived by his parents, David and Carrie Perkins; brother, Nathan and his wife, Lacey of Carlsbad; brother, Joshua of Carlsbad, NM; sister, Emily Thomas of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by his grandparents: Jack and Donna Nowlin of Ruidoso, NM and Bob and Jean Henderson of El Paso, TX; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Phil was a sweet spirit and will be dearly missed and loved. He was adventurous, loving, kindhearted and hard-working. He recently was apart of a new family; his coworkers at Tech Corr. Phil was passionate about his job as an x-ray technician and helper. Services will be held at New Song Christian Fellowship at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2019.
