Peggy Joyce Patton Moore, 91, of Carlsbad New Mexico, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2024. She was born on February 20, 1933 to Edward C and Tommie D Patton in a small house on the outskirts of Anson, Texas. They lived in Fort Worth, Texas where they started their family. They moved to Grand Prairie, Texas and then to El Paso, Texas January 25, 1961. The family moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico in December of 1972.

It gave her much joy to share her paintings and shirts with family and friends. Peggy was a garage sale expert. Family was an important part of her life. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren getting together any time of the year, but especially enjoyed Saturdays living at the Lakeview Boathouse where lots of swimming and grilling were enjoyed by all who attended.
