Paul H. Flores, 63, of North Ash Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Carlsbad Medical Center.
There will be no visitation, cremation will take place.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the family home on North Ash Street. Services will be held at a later date.
Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Paul H. Flores was born December 30, 1951 in Carlsbad, NM to Eugenio C. and Martha (Hernandez) Flores. He was a lifelong resident of Carlsbad. Paul graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1970. February 14, 1975 he married Judy Branson. Paul owned and operated Mesa Volks Shop for many years. He later worked at CARC retiring in 2013. Paul lived for adventure. He loved to dune buggy, sky-dive, hand-glide and loved to explore. Any chance he got he would take his boat out on Brantley Lake, McMillan Lake and Avalon. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors are his wife, Judy Flores of Carlsbad, NM; son, Jason B. Flores of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Lacie B. Flores of Carlsbad, NM; granddaughter, Carson Flores of Portland, Oregon and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
