Obituary Mario Munoz, Jr., 46, of Porter Road, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in Rio Rancho. Visitation will be 5:00 PM 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. A prayer service is scheduled for 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 22, 2018 at River of Life Christian Fellowship with Pastor Ramon Florez officiating. Interment will follow in Santa Catarina Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mario Munoz, Jr. was born January 16, 1972 in Carlsbad, NM to Mario Hensley Munoz, Sr. and Mary (Salcido) Munoz. He was preceded in death by his father, Mario Munoz, Sr.; grandparents: Danny and Elisa Munoz and Alberto, Sr. and Faustina Salcido. Survivors are his sons: Daniel Munoz, Gabriel Munoz and Mario Munoz, III; 7 grandchildren; mother, Mary Munoz; brothers: Mark Munoz and wife, Candice, Matthew Munoz and one niece.
