Lorna Utley

On June 22, 2022, Lorna Utley left this earth to become the beautiful angel she always has been.  Lorna was born to Olive Marie Coleman and Henry Marlin Vandenberg, September 20,1952.  She graduated from Carlsbad High School and met her husband, Danny Utley of 52 years.  Lorna worked out of the home but her love was being home taking care of her 3 children: Lisa, Shirley, and Danny, Jr. Lorna had the biggest heart. She always worked on doing what was right and taking care of those around her! She was greeted at the pearly gates by both her mother and father, along with her husband, Danny; son, Danny, Jr., and brother, Craig.  She leaves behind her daughters: Lisa and Shirley, grandchildren: Michael and Michalee, and brother, Gorden Vendenberg to live on in her memory. She also leaves behind many people who loved her and will miss her deeply. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 22, 2022 in the old section of Carlsbad Cemetery.
