Linda G. Lujan

Linda G. Lujan, 65, of Loving, NM, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at San Jose Catholic Church, Carlsbad, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 AM at San Jose Catholic Church with Fr. Juan Carlos Ramirez officiating. Interment will take place at Loving Cemetery, Loving, NM. Family and friends are encouraged to attend a potluck meal at San Jose Parish Hall following the interment. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Linda was born on November 15, 1959 in Carlsbad, NM to Harry and Erminia (Lopez) Granger. She attended Carlsbad High School. Linda married Mike Lujan and they were married 46 years. In the 1980s, Linda and her family moved to Loving where she raised her children. She loved taking care of her family as well as fishing, cooking, and doing crafts with her grandchildren. Linda was dedicated to her family, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was always ready with an open heart to listen and lend a hand and share her faith. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Phillip Lujan, six brothers, and one sister.

Survivors are her husband, Mike Lujan; sons: David Lujan and Cory, Joshua Lujan and wife, Amanda; daughter, Valerie Orozco and husband, Ivan; grandchildren: D.J., Jaylene, Justine, Bella, Mona, Ava, and Mila; sisters: Lena Vining, Mary Florez and husband, Floyd, Jane Armendariz and husband, Eddie; brothers: Louis Granger and wife, Christy, Rudy Granger and wife, Dorinda, Robert Granger and wife, Sachi.

Pallbearers will be Ervie Granger, Floyd Florez, II, Rudy Granger, II, Ivan Orozco, David Lujan, and Gabriel Lujan.
