Linda Sue Fry, 68, of N. Pate Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away February 26, 2025 at her home. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, March 7, 2025 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gabe Rubio officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Linda was born May 29, 1956 in Andrews Texas to L. L. and Gracie (Jackson) Boyd. She graduated from Carlsbad high school in 1974. Linda married Danny Fry June 30, 1977. She went to work at Landsun homes while working on an LPN. Linda retired from Landsun Homes after 30 years of service. She enjoyed her morning devotional time, talking on the phone to all her family, and making her famous strawberry shortcake and deviled eggs. Linda cherished her time with family and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Danny Fry, and nephew, Riley Allen.

Survivors are her daughter, Jennifer Saiz and husband, Sammy; son, Kevin Fry and wife, Nicole; grandchildren: Tanner Fry and wife, Carley, Dakota Fry and wife, Avery, Jacylynn Navarrette and Tony Evangelista, Evan Saiz, Rose Saiz, Samantha Espinoza, and Haley Saiz; great-grandchildren: Josiah, Violet, Ryker, Nash, Cario, Angel, Athena, Addie, Natalie, and Nikolas; sister, Pat Laird and husband, Hy; brother, Larry Boyd and wife, Lovalene; sister, Brenda McDonald, and several nieces and nephews.
