Leona E. Robinson

Leona E. Robinson, 93, of W. Pierce Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012 at Lakeview Christian Home. Per her wishes, cremation will take place and she will be returned to New York. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Leona E. Robinson was born August 16, 1918 in Hamlin, New York to Leon T. and Eva (Knapp) Anderson. Everybody that met her, liked her. She liked to dress up, wore broaches and pearls. For the past two years she made her home at Lakeview Assisted Living. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Domrask; husband, Leonard E. Robinson; daughter-in-law, Julia Robinson. She is survived by two sons: Paul J. Robinson of Carlsbad, NM, David T. Robinson and wife, Mary of Rochester, New York; two grandchildren: David Robinson of Syracuse, New York, Kristen Robinson of Fairfax, Virginia; brother, Don Anderson and wife, Ruth and their children of Florida and adopted daughter, Kayla Mitchell of Carlsbad, NM.
