Le Roy C. "Dusty" Rhoades, 69, of Ross Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, Texas.
Cremation has taken place and private services will be held.
