John H. Menasco

John H. Menasco, 72, passed away January 6, 2010 at home surrounded by loved ones. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at his request. John was born on May 26, 1937 in Dow, Oklahoma to Robert H. and Flossie (James) Menasco. He graduated from Haileyville High School in Haileyville, Oklahoma in 1955 and then joined the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged in 1957. He was preceded in death by his father in 2005. John is survived by his wife, Martha; son, Steve Menasco of Carlsbad, NM; daughter, Jeama Bowers and husband, Keith of Reno, NV; mother, Flossie Menasco of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Eddie Robert Menasco and wife, Phyllis of Carlsbad, NM; nephew, John Robert Menasco of Maumell, AR; two grandchildren: Lisa Lewis and Joey bowers of Reno, NV and several great-grandchildren.
