Jimmie Dale Brasher

Jimmie Dale Brasher, 80, of N. 5th Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Carlsbad Medical Center. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Jimmie Dale Brasher was born on August 14, 1932 in Kenna, New Mexico to Fate and Jessie (Nicholas) Brasher. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jimmie Brasher and brother, Winston Brasher. The family would like to thank Jesse Lewis and his other friends for the years of friendship to Jimmie. Survivors are his sons: Fate Brasher, Ty Brasher; daughter: Melissa Brasher; 6 grandchildren; brother: Wayne Brasher and wife, Loretta; sisters: Janice Laird and husband, Bob and Sharon Ross and husband, Ronnie; and several nieces and nephews.
