Jerry Wilbert Stowe

Jerry Stowe, 76, former resident, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, October 25, 2016, 10:00 AM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place in Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico at 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Jerry Stowe was born October 15, 1940 in Antlers, Oklahoma to Wilbert J. and Capitola (Marshall) Stowe. He worked at AMAX Potash for 11 years. Jerry also worked for the Carlsbad Police Department for 20 years, retiring in 2004. He moved to Chama in November 2012 where he enjoyed his retirement. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beverly Reid and brother, Randall Marshall. Survivors are his wife, Doris Stowe of Chama, NM; brothers: Doyle Stowe and wife, Melissa of California, Donnie Marshall and wife, Marlene of Wichita Falls, Texas, Richard Marshall and wife, Joann of Carlsbad, NM, Ron Marshall of Carlsbad, NM, Roland Marshall of San Antonio, Texas, John Pepper and wife, Lucille of Texas, Renee Haber and husband, Roddy of Alice, Texas.
