Jerlene V. Yeager

V. Jerlene (Hull) Yeager, age 97, former resident of Carlsbad, NM died on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Bradford County Manor, West Burlington Township, PA. Jerlene was born on October 14, 1914 in Hillsborough, TX, the daughter of Artie Mishie (Dawkins) Hull. She was preceded in death by her husband, Will Dee Yeager and daughter, Betty Yvonne. Jerlene enjoyed quilting, embroidery and crocheting. She was a member of the Sunset Church of Christ. Jerlene is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Linda Yeager of Carlsbad, NM, Bobby Yeager of Oregon; one daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and James Padden of Mainesburg, PA; one brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Barbara Tooke of Florida, four sisters: Rosemary Garner of MO, Dorothy Scott of OH, Pat Haggerton and Nancy Emerson both of Texas; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren. A Graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Sunset Gardens Memorial Park, Carlsbad, NM with Mike Veilleux officiating.
