Janice Kay Bunten

Janice Kay Bunten, 45, of S. Spencer Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away March 6, 2011 at her home. There will be no visitaiton, cremation will take place. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 9, 2011, 10:00 AM, at Church Street Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Bill Proulx officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Janice Kay Bunten was born July 14, 1965 in Carlsbad, NM to Bill and Betty Bunten. Her hobbies included playing softball, and basketball. She was recognized at a National Church Softball Tournament as the All American Softball Player. Janice loved chatting on the phone, it was her lifeline and it kept her connected. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. She is survived by her parents, Bill and Betty Bunten of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Harold Don Buff of Carlsbad, NM; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous special dear friends.
