Irma Torres, 46, of Iris Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at her home. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2014, 2:00 PM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Saul Rocha officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Irma Torres was born August 21, 1967 in El Paso, Texas to Eva (Duran) Carrillo. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Irma enjoyed fishing, loved animals, cookouts and watching movies. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Duran Carrillo. Survivors are her husband of 15 years, Larry Duran, Jr. of Carlsbad, NM; children: Daniel Bustos, Valentine Bustos and wife, Victoria, Evanessa Torres, Jorge Torres, Sonya Torres all of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Rudy Torres; 14 grandchildren; grandmother, Maria H Garcia; three nieces and one nephew.
