Obituary Inas Joy Kline,an artist by nature and life-long resident of Carlsbad, NM has passed away at home in Carlsbad on Monday, January 20th, 2020 at the age of 80. Joy is the daughter of Walter David (Bud) and Inas Brinistool. She is predeceased by her parents; her brothers Jean, Walter, Bobby, and Don Brininstool; her sister Kay Andrews; and her granddaughters Brittany Shea Dunn, and Shatanna Martin. Joy is survived by her loving husband Tom of 50 years; her son and daughter-in-law David and Joyce Martin; her daughter Teresa Mosier; and her son and daughter-in-law Allan and Misty Kline; her grandchildren David Martin Jr., Brittanie Jester, Jazmine Scherer, Jayden Donche, Shane Werdann, and April Kline; her great grandchildren Mikey Adams, Chloe Werdann, and Parker Werdann. Joy was a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a wonderful grandmother. She was able to turn her passion for arts and crafts into a life-long career with her husband Tom. They traveled around the United States, selling their work at several arts and craft shows. Joy was known as the "fun mom and grandma." She was a caring and loving grandmother, who did everything to ensure that her grandchildren were happy. She shared her passion of reading with her grandchildren. She encouraged them to read and appreciate the value of a good book. She will deeply be missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her. There will not be a funeral service or gathering. She wants to be remembered through the fond memories that she made with everyone who got to know her.
