Herbert Farnsworth

Obituary Bud Farnsworth passed away peacefully on October 18, 2018. Bud was born October 5, 1941 in Portland, Maine. He was raised in Maine and Maryland. Bud landed in Roswell, New Mexico in the early 1960s via the Air Force. Once he got the sand in his boots he never left New Mexico. Bud worked in the potash mining industry and raised a family in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Jill; children: Craig Farnsworth and wife, Lorrie, Sherri Busch and husband, Les, Sandi Curtis and husband, Mike, Erin Hansmann and husband, Eric, and Ian Dempsey and partner, Landon; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. Bud will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date.
