Harold "Buzzy" Sowers

Obituary Buzzy Sowers, 56, of 2812 Monte Vista St. Carlsbad New Mexico passed away Saturday September 5th 2020 at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the Carlsbad Beach Bandshell with Pastor Jimmy Tarvin officiating. Buzzy was born September 25th 1963 in Carlsbad New Mexico to Butch and Linda Sowers. Buzzy was the middle child to an older sister Julie and a younger brother Michael. Buzzy was a fun spirited, good hearted man who loved life and lived it to the fullest. A river rat to the core. He met the love of his life Agatha in 1982, they married and had their daughter LaShawna in 1983. Three years later they moved to the Pitchfork Ranch and had their son Jeremy. He later went on to sew his wild oats, it was in this time he lived a fun and fast life sharing his light with anyone who came his way. He had so many fun-loving amazing adventures with his kids and so many who adopted the Ol Buzz along the way. Buzzy did many things in his life such as a wind-miller, welder, roughneck, and all the way up to driller a real jack of all trades. He liked to push life to the limit. In true Buzzy fashion he was really just taking the long route back to Agatha. - In 2009 they got back together and after one last crazy wild adventure they decided it was time to come home, settle down, and be the best grandparents their granddaughters could ask for. Buzzy took the family name Daddo, after his Daddo for his granddaughters. He was the absolute best Daddo they could have asked for; he will be dearly missed by so many. Buzzy was preceded in death by: His parents; Butch & Linda Sowers, sister; Julie Willis, Granddaughter; Liberty Sowers. Survivors: Wife Agatha Sowers, daughter; LaShawna Krause and Husband J.D., Son; Jeremy Sowers, Brother; Michael Sowers and wife Kathryn, Granddaughters; Karis & Kaitlin Krause, Juniper Sowers.
