Geane Marie Villani

Geane Marie Villani, 62, of N. Pate Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away January 31, 2017 at her home. Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 25, 2017 at San Jose Catholic Church with Deacon Tony Dominguez officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Geane Marie Villani was born September 21, 1954 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She graduated from high school in Florissant, Missouri. Geane earned her degree from Southwest Missouri State in Springfield. She was a hotel concierge for the St. Francis Westin Hotel in San Francisco, California over 25 years. Geane moved to Carlsbad after retiring. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors are her son, Michael Carrillo of Petaluma, California; brothers: Michael Villani and wife, Kim of Orange County, California, Gary Villani of Prescott, Arizona; two nieces: Carrie Schaefer, Summer Conca; cousin, Tommy Folsom and wife, Linda of Carlsbad, NM and several other cousins.
