Gaila Bradley Woodward

Gaila Bradley Woodward, 67, passed away November 14, 2021 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Visitation will be 5 PM - 6 PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Graveside services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Carlsbad Cemetery. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Gaila was born June 8, 1954 in Carlsbad, NM to Sam and Mildred (Wright) Bradley. She enjoyed watching a good movie, especially westerns. Gaila liked reading a good novel and working jigsaw puzzles. She was fond of the outdoors throughout her life and has spent time fishing, horseback riding, and hiking. Gaila took some long road trips across several states to places such as Washington and Florida. Her favorite food was Mexican food and she waitressed at several Mexican restaurants over the years. If you ever sat at one of her tables you will remember always having a full tea glass and her contagious smile.
Survivors are her daughter, Stephanie Eager and Scott Reiner of Carlsbad, NM; son, Cody Woodward of Artesia, NM; mother, Mildred Bradley; brothers: Larry Bradley and wife, Gwenette of Carlsbad, NM, Dale Bradley and partner, Mary of Carlsbad, NM; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
