Frederick Harris

Frederick Harris, 43, of Alvarado Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Frederick Harris was born June 7, 1973 in Carlsbad, NM to Charles Wayne and Connie Marie (Hargis) Harris, Sr. He graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1993 and attended University of Montana. Fred married Bobbie J. Elliott. He was a dedicated employee of the Trinity for seven years. Fred loved old country music and fishing. Survivors are his wife, Bobbie Harris of Carlsbad, NM; daughters: Irene Harris, Rose Goodwin and Vernon Elliott, all of Carlsbad, NM; 7 grandchildren; brother, Charles Harris, Jr. of Carlsbad, NM; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and extended family. Honorary pallbearers are Benny Cook, Charles W. Harris, Jr., Vernon Elliott, James Justice, Dale Balzano and PeeWee Harris.Condolences may be expressed at dentonwood.com.
