Obituary Felt Mounce, 40, former resident, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Cremation will take place. A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday, June 15, 2018 at Sunset Church of Christ with Mike Veilleux officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Felt Mounce was born May 20, 1978 to Roger Dwayne and Barbara Louise (Miller) Mounce. He graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1996. Felt earned a bachelors degree from NMSU. He began work with Raytheon in Dallas and later moved to San Antonio where he had worked for Southwest Research Institute. Felt enjoyed the outdoors and woodworking. He loved spending time with his children in their many activities. Felt was preceded in death by his father; grandfather, Sammy Miller; grandparents, Raymond and Lucille Mounce. Survivors are his son, Andrew Mounce of San Antonio, Texas; daughters: Olivia Mounce, Madison Mounce and Norah Mounce, all of San Antonio, Texas; mother, Barbara Mounce of Carlsbad, NM; grandmother, Louise Miller of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Gabriel Mounce and wife, Stacey of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Whitney Mounce Watson and husband, Brandon of Greenville, Texas; niece, Bergan Watson; nephews: Colby Watson and Sawyer Watson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
