Fe "Fay" Galindo Morales

Fe "Fay" Galindo Morales, 81, of North Maple, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away January 27, 2010 at Carlsbad Medical Center. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, January 30, 2010, 10:00 AM, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop John Vandekraats presiding. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Fe "Fay" Galindo Morales was born November 2, 1928 in Balmorhea, Texas to Vincente and Petra (Mata) Galindo. She moved to Carlsbad in 1943. Fay enjoyed being with her friends at the San Jose Senior Center where she often times sang. She also sang at church and for other occasions. Fay loved the time spent with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by Survivors include two sons: Adan "Roy" Jazo and wife, Molly of Phoenix, AZ, Frank Sillas and wife, Susan of Riffle, CO; two daughters: Mary Rodriguez and husband, Abel of Carlsbad, NM, Amelita Armendarez and husband, Lupe of Carlsbad, NM; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; brother, Vicente Galindo and wife, Darcy of Davenport, IA and numerous nieces and nephews.
