Ellyce Griffith Fallis

Ellyce Griffith Fallis, 55, of N. Guadalupe Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at her home. Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2021, 11:00 AM, at Oasis Church with Pastor Gabe Rubio officiating. Cremation has taken place and Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Ellyce was born January 27, 1966 in Lubbock, TX to Ronald Rex and Echo Elaine (McGuire) Griffith. She graduated from CHS in 1984 and attended Eddy County Beauty College. Ellyce enjoyed working at Food Jet and cherished the relationship she built through the years. Time spent with her family and friends was important but she especially loved the trips to the mountains and staying at the cabin. Ellyce was preceded in death by her parents, Ron and Echo Griffith. Survivors are husband, Shephen Fallis; daughter, Jessica Marshall, son, Eric Marshall, daughter, Melissa Frintz and husband, Tyler, son, Douglas Vanderberg; grandchildren, Dylan Marshall, Ashtyn Allen and Jo’Lee Frintz; sister, Ronautta Wilson and husband, Bob; brother, Rhett Griffith; nephews, Stephan Wilson and Jesse Wilson; niece, Erin Griffith; lifelong friend Lori Clifton and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
