Elizabeth May Cotant

Elizabeth May Cotant passed away peacefully on May 14, 2021. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Elizabeth was born October 15, 1940 in Carlsbad, NM. She graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1958. She found her calling in a career in nursing. Elizabeth loved camping with family and friends. She enjoyed the excursions with the Good Sam’s Club. One of her favorite hobbies was playing cards with her friends. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Viva (Williams) Garner, and one grandson, Troy David.

Elizabeth is survived by her brother, Stanley Garner and his sons: Billy, Marc and Chris; daughters: Jennifer Tanner and her husband, Kenneth, Michelle Cummings and her husband, Gabe; two granddaughters: Shancy Carvajal and her husband, Juan and Bryanna Lunsford and her partner, Brandon; four great-grandchildren: Mila, Aleja, Aiden and Bradlee.
