Darline Coor Lane

Darline Coor Lane, 93, passed away December 31, 2024 in Florida. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Woodbine Cemetery, Artesia, New Mexico with Jimmy Ryan officiating.

Darline married Pat Coor on March 25, 1951, in Lake Arthur, New Mexico. She enjoyed raising her three children. After Pat passed away in 1993, Darline moved to Florida in 1996, where she resided for the remaining years of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orrin and Annie Lee Smith, her husband, Pat Coor, and their son, Randy Coor, and sister, Sylvia Smith.

She is survived by her sister, Ora Lee Coor; daughter, Patsy Hood and husband Dean of Ruidoso; son Ronnie Coor of Carlsbad; daughter-in-law, Theresa Coor of Newton, Kansas; grandchildren: Cory Hood and wife, Kelly; James Coor and his wife, Haruna; Tara Hurst and husband, Paul; Tricia Erickson and husband, Josh; Taylor Walterscheid and husband, Matt; nine great-grandchildren; and

Darline's legacy lives on in her family, including numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
