Obituary Chris R. Wagner was born May 5, 1990 in Red Bluff, California. He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and after moving to Carlsbad, worked for Mulholland Energy Services. He is survived by his parents: Kenna Ascherin and Jesse Kohne; sister, Kimberly Thomas and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place and there will be no public services.
