Charles Bunch

Obituary Charles Edwin Bunch died peacefully at his home in Carlsbad New Mexico on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Bunch of Carlsbad New Mexico; sons: Craig Bunch and wife, Darla of Carlsbad, New Mexico, David Bunch of Cape Coral, Florida, Adam Richardson and wife, Megan of Decatur, Texas and daughter, Lisa Tiscornia and husband, Dave of Woodland, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Estal Bunch; wife, Nan Bunch and brother, Paul Bunch. Charlie was born January 27, 1941 in Carlsbad New Mexico and attended Carlsbad High School. He retired from Excel Energy after 40 years. Charlie was a member of First United Methodist Church and a member of the Lions, Emmaus and a life time member of the Elks. Charlie never met a stranger and if he did they was not a stranger for very long. He loved going to hot air balloon rallies and was a crew member of Cliff and Judy Kellers Balloon named Lilly. A memorial service is scheduled for October 8, 2018, 2:00 pm at Denton-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor David W. Rogers officiating.
