Cecilia Rios Williams, 57, of Nymeyer Road, Loving, New Mexico, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Carlsbad Medical Center.
Visitation will be 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, March 31, 2017, 10:00 AM, at Oasis Christian Fellowship with Pastor Alberto Alvarez officiating.
Interment will follow in Lookout Cemetery, Malaga, New Mexico.

Cecilia Rios Williams was born January 29, 1960 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Norberto R. and Priscilla (Campos) Rios. She grew up in Malaga, and graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1978. She married David Williams, of Loving, NM June 19, 1982. They lived in Carlsbad and were blessed with two daughters. Cecilia started college after her girls were in school to work towards a nursing degree. She graduated from NMSU-Carlsbad with a nursing degree in 1992 and went to work at Lakeview Christian Home where she worked approximately 10 years. They moved to Loving where they currently resided. Cecilia worked for several doctors and later went to work for Carlsbad Medical Center where she was currently employed. She loved her patients and co-workers at the hospital. Cecilia enjoyed crocheting, fishing, camping, cooking; and most of all spoiling her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Rios.
Survivors are her husband, David Williams of Loving, NM; daughters: Stephanie Morales of Loving, NM, Davita Williams of Carlsbad, NM; grandchildren: Andres Vasquez, Alyanna Morales, Elyse Morales, Emma Mata and Madison Huber; brothers: Manuel Rios, Norberto Rios, Jr., Ernesto Rios, Efrain Rios and Raymond Rios; sisters: Mary Brownlee, Alma Elizondo, Rita Medrano, Vicki Leyva, Cuca Stanley and Patti Foster; father and mother-in-law, Cecil and Doris Williams, of Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Patti Foster, Manuel Rios, Norberto Rios, Jr., Ernesto Rios, Efrain Rios and Raymond Rios.
