Casey Joe Nunley

Casey Joe Nunley, 40, of N. Ash Street, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022.  Casey was born July 8, 1981 in Carlsbad, NM to Quata Brantley and Michael Nunley.  He attended school in Carlsbad.  Casey was always cutting up and making everyone laugh.  He never met a stranger and always offered to help anyone in need.  Casey’s joy in life was his son, Grimm.  He was so loved and will be missed.

Casey is survived by his mother, Quata Brantley; father, Michael Nunley and wife, Elva; brother, Heath Putman; sons: Grimm Nunley and Dylan Marshall; step-brother, Chris Welchko; his best and loyal friend and cousin, “Deer” Derrick Jameson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
