Carolyn Klug

Carolyn Klug, 71, of Chestnut Street, passed away November 22, 2021 at Carlsbad Medical Center. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Carlsbad Cemetery.
Carolyn was born July 24, 1950 in Lamesa, Texas to Johnnie and Lucy Irene (Wren) Seales. She married Gregory L. Klug March 12, 1969 in Lamesa, Texas. They moved to Carlsbad in 1973. Carolyn was a caring person and the backbone and strength of her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Seales; grandsons: Kyle and Kevin Klug; brother, Sonny and sister, Lynette Hogg.
Survivors are her husband, Greg Klug; sons: Gary Klug and wife, Misty, James Klug and wife, Tausha; mother, Lucy Lobbel; grandchildren: Kasey Klug, Sandra Fry, Bobbie Bailey, Max Kennedy, Lanai Klug, Jonathen Klug, Trinity Griffith and Shyann Wright; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings: Linda Shefchik, Lucy Marroy, William Seales, Deborah Warren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be James Klug, Gary Klug, Kasey Klug, Max Kennedy and John Klug.
