Bunnie Mae Rockwell McKenzie, 58, of North 10th Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away April 17, 2010 at her home. Visitation will be 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2010, 10:00 AM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Prell officiating. Cremation will take place after the funeral service and burial will be held in her home state of Colorado. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Bunnie Mae Rockwell McKenzie was born to Robert and Marjorie (Heiple) Rockwell on December 8, 1951 in Denver, CO. She enjoyed being around family, researching geneology, sewing, and was a big Elvis fan. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Janey Paulson; brother, Rocky; sister, Nancy and daughter-in-law, Emily Willier. She is survived by two sons: Mike Willier and wife, Amber of Carlsbad, NM, Guy Willier and wife, Heather of Alma, KS; thirteen grandchildren: Thomas, Wyatt, Emma, Jacob, Camryn, Steven, Matthew, Mark all of Carlsbad, NM and Justin, Rebecca, Falisha, Kwinton, and Sasha of Alma, KS; two sisters: Holly Eisenbraun and Merri Skeen; brother, Mike Rockwell; step-father, Jerry Paulson; aunt, Elsie Rockwell, all of Colorado; best friend, Kay Lloy of Washington and large extended family.
